PENCILS & INKS : dA artist androsm 
DIGITAL COLORS : Me
Lessons learned.... Polished, reflective metals are hard to color! Colossus was especially complicated as he has that weird ribbing/banding (assumably so he can bend... and look different than the Silver Surfer) that effects highlights and shadow. Overall, think I handled it really well, though I may go back and highlight his head and part of his chest. And I wish I hadn't tried that blurring on his chest colors.
DIGITAL COLORS : Me
Andros came by the site, saw my Wonder Woman piece and gave me permission to swipe art from his page for coloring purposes. I liked his style and (being a massive colossus fan) decided on his version of the X-Man. Digital colors were laid onto his inks using Adobe Photoshop and my trusty Wacom tablet. It was a great way to get back into coloring practice.

I wanted to give him red pants in honor of his Russian homeland, but decided that a red background would be better for him and Russia. With red behind him, we swtched to Hulk's purple pants to contrast against the background.
